By using this site and our services, you signify your Assent and Agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the site or our services.
Member and Business Owner Services
Bizupport.com offers a monthly membership to access information and resources of our contributing specialists. Membership fee is $10 per month which is paid and activated through the Bizupport.com website.
The fee to post a project is $60 per quarter. You must be an active member of Bizupport.com for you to post a project on the site for potential investor members to see and have access to your project. During the time your project is made available on the site you must maintain your membership. In other words, if you pay $60 to post your project for three months,you must also be an active member during that time. If you should or need to cancel your monthly membership during that time your project will no longer be made available to inventor members of the Bizupport website.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
If a user member has signed up and paid their membership for access for a certain time, and decides to cancel their membership, their membership will be canceled and they will have no further access to the Bizupport site as a member. Members are not granted a refund of any kind for any previous period of membership access. There are also no refunds to any member who posts a project on the Bizupport site.
Investor and General Disclaimer
Bizupport.com is not responsible for the information that your company publishes or displays on the website. Bizupport.com advises that you refrain from displaying on the website, any proprietary, confidential, or any other information that your company may want to protect and or prevent from being viewed by outside investors and the public.
You will not display on the website any obscene, profane, indecent or illegal material.
As a neutral information portal, Bizupport.com does not evaluate, or provide endorsement of, the merits of your company. Bizupport.com may review and reject any company whose content is deemed to be illegal, offensive, or that violates conventional standards of decency.
The presentation of your company on the Bizupport.com website is for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer for sale of securities. Bizupport.com is an information portal that allows registered accredited investors to view companies on the website. Any further engagement or discussion of investment opportunities between investor and company is done so independently of Bizupport.com.

In no event shall Bizupport.com be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of your company, the registered accredited investors, or anyone else in connection with the use of Bizupport.com. . Bizupport.com strongly suggest that you conduct due diligence and take reasonable precautions in all interactions with registered accredited investors from the website, particularly if you decide to enter into a business relationship.
By posting company content and information on the Bizupport.com website, you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant to Bizupport.com a license to display such content and information on its website.

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Tennent, New Jersey. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Tennent, New Jersey, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
